    I help clients translate their vision into a business plan, and help them articulate their business goals, purpose, values and clear mission in preparation for the next stage of expansion.

    I work with clients to define their financial goals and build a strategy that ensures they get there. Building a realistic business budget and a profit and loss outlook with a few year’s projections together is, I believe, essential . I also put the tools in place to help clients stick with it.

  • Activation

    There is a plan! If clients need me,  I help develop and expand the product roadmap, look at customer management, and make recommendations that will help your sales, marketing, and operations sing!

    The money chat, or as the French say, “le nerf de la guerre” (the vitality and force to win the war) is important. Wars are won with long-term strategy rather than short-term tactics. I help clients build plans that help them grow smart and sustainably.

    I build business plans together with my clients and if implementation on a project is needed, I can advise and support.
